please i need help, a guide at least some one who show me the bassics and whats next

see umm,there aren 't much robot communitys in argentina (where i live)so i need help from the ones who know(lucky to know english!)

who can help me at least once a week please do cause im pretty lost and in the right way in the same timme (confused!)

please help!
