google releases a new patent search engine . . .
http://www.google.com/patents
interestingly, it only has 1149 results for a search on 'robot'
might be worth a browse . . .
o well, guess i cant make a robot that transforms into a gun after all

This is a cool thing because Google's trying to bring patents to the people, so to speak. But it's next to useless currently. I'm hoping it will continue to improve.
