What is the name of this spherical robot that done in CMU
This robot can move and have only one point that touch the ground and use gyroscope sensors

That is the ballbot.
The robot has gyro's, as you said. It takes readings from the gyro's and determines the angle of the robot.
If it is not straight up it will try to adjust this by moving.
It moves by having two rollers roll against the big ball, one for x and one for y.
