I badly want to build some robotics, but I don't know where to start. What are the things that I need? Please guys, need help ASAP. Thank you! ;D

Definitely go to Parallax. com, for all your beginning robot needs. Cheap, educational, easy to assemble & program; you can not go wrong. They have a lot of support, and have been around awhile. Good Luck!!

i got started on the BoeBot from parallax.... over ten years ago, there are tutorials/lessons that start with the very basics and teach you programming and electronics

Pretty big newbie with robotics so far but I just took a look at Parallax...super informative! Thank for the share, can't wait to see what I can build   :D

Not sure if you are a young person looking for something really basic to get started, but I bought and donated some of these kits to a local high school for their robotics class to work on:
