hey im still pretty new to this but i was watching the Remote Control video on SoR's youtube channel (
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GfJMeH9asec
) and i was wondering how you would set everything up if you were just using DC motors instead of servo's? would you actually have to crimp some connecters on there or is there another way?

You would have to buy an electronic speed controller (ESC).
One connector goes to the receiver, one goes to the battery, and one goes to the motor.
