Title: Help with robotic exoskeleton for hand resistance

sorry about the weird title not sure how to word it, BUT, here's the thing.

I'm working on a project for which I need a way to create a resistance in the hands, It would be the kind of situation where without actually having any materials one would do a grabbing movement and it could feel as if it was grabbing a metal cup (limited give)
