Possible $50 Robot Issue?

So I finally finished the board for my robot (I haven't added the photosensors yet). I was able to communicate with the atmega8 and I uploaded the hex file that is supposed to make the servos go to the 0 position. I am using the hs-311 from the tutorial. After I upload the hex file to flash, the servos begin to vibrate and the wheels just shake slightly back and forth. Did I do something wrong?

If you manually turn the servos when everything is off, do they rotate until centered when you turn everything on?

I had screwed the servo wheels on wrong, so it was actually moving, but I couldn't see it. Once I took it apart I realized what I had done and now everything is working. It was a user error. Thanks for the help though.
