I need one of those and i saw that it costs about 40$. Is there any way i can have a plan with these specific dimensions in order to build one of my own?! I will use it for a servomotor: hitec HS-322. Need HELP! Please!

Hmm, I've got those mounts and used them for a while. They're pretty decent, but don't exert too much weight on the servos, since the mounts are connected to your base by only one screw, so it does bend after a while. I had around 5-6 kg resting on two wheels connected with these mounts, and the sag in the wheels was very noticeable after a while (a few days).

If you don't overload the mounts, they're great though :)

Well, the brackets are just purchasable for the sake of being convenient.  It's a time vs money ratio.  If you have the servos you want to build with, then just design your own.  Those brackets would be more difficult considering the amount of holes and such in them.

Customizing one for a servo would be very simple.  You would limit yourself to a specific amount of holes, and the strength would be the limits to your abilities.  All it requires is measuring up your own servo.  Everything doesn't have to be factory specific.  Maybe you'll invent something new  ::)

http://www.servocity.com/html/90_degree_universal.html gives the dimensions of the mounts.

I agree with nanob0t though, these mounts are quick and easy to use. But if you want to use the servos for something long-term, it would be better to build your own mounts. For my case, I eventually made my own mount that was a lot more sturdy.

You're the only one that has been avid looking for the diagrams, and judging by the extent of help, you're not going to get much better.

If you're constructing something, the best bet is to build your own.  If something requires that product and nothing else, then you're stuck buying it.  If not, make something to fit your needs.  Even if you contruct your own, it's not going to be as precise as that bracket, so think of your options, or else do a lot more googling.  If there's nothing on that website, then there probably will be nothing elsewhere.

Good luck.

sorry, but other than asking the store who the manufacturer is, or what the dimensions are, or buying one and making more yourself, there is no other choice

get a sheet of metal that is 1 inch by 1 inch.

drill 4 holes in it, one in each corner:
two spaced exactly like the holes in the servo you already have (just measure it).
the other two any way you like to mount on your robot.

bend the sheet of metal in half.

wallah, a mount! :P
