Title: flying robot modeled after Maple Leaf
Post by: Admin on November 12, 2009, 09:19:00 PM
This is a neat MAV made over at the University of Maryland thats modeled after the flying dynamics of a maple leaf. I saw his work over a year ago, but didn't see anything fly. I didn't think it'd work! Very impressive . . . and very controllable considering it only has 2 DOF.

It works better than any RC helicopter that I've ever seen.  ;D
