i had made tis bord around 8 monhs ago and it was lying dormant all that time.. todayi opened it up gainand gave it power to test it...so that i can use it in another bot ...at first inoticed that the led was not switchin on...hence i thought the board was gone...i rechecked the connections all were soldered well...again i gave poweran waited for some time...to my astonishment ..the led switched on only after7 -8 secs of giving power....everytime i switched i on i sawthe same thing happenin...i loaded some sample pogrammed and debugged it...it was working flawlessly on the boad but ... it was alwayz switching on 7-8 secs after giving power to it...
Its reallya strange prob ...can neone tell wathas happened...are the power on capacitors damaged???
i used 2 470 uf capacitors in the main power line

Can you be more specific about your controller-board. Your question is very crypted.

Without a schematic, we can't say for sure, but my guess is that some capacitors are at fault. Try to remove any large capacitors and test it again. The board should power on even without any capacitor on board.
