what is the bandwidth of the SoR scope?  I need at least 350MHz per channel.

The Axon is 16 MIPS throughput at 16 MHz. Not even close :P

To get 350MHz you need a more full featured oscilloscope which cost more. As a comparison, the logic analyzer/digital oscilloscope that I own (Digiview) does 100MHz (18ch) at it cost me aroung 500USD.
