Title: Tutorial two or three does it matter?

In the 50$ tutorial does it matter wether i do the mechanics first or the electronics because in step two it says use the microcontroller to move the servers to 0 degrees but don't i make the microcontroller in part 3? Confused please help

Go ahead and make the electronics. It can happen earlier than the mechanics - no big deal.
