Is this the programmer i need? I need to know soon as possible i need the 50$ robot done within six days. Thanks

No need for PM's, won't get you a faster answer!

Yes, if you intend to use a serial port on the PC it will do, or you can take a look at GearMotions page here (http://circuitgizmos.com/wordpress/?p=452) if you wan't to make it yourself (probably faster, if you have the parts).
