Title: Anyone want an ATMEGA 1284P controller? (It's QFN)
Post by: z.s.tar.gz on May 13, 2010, 12:17:29 PM
I have no need for it so maybe somebody else does.
128kb of flash, 16kb of ram, 20mhz. Check out the mouser page (http://mouser.com/ProductDetail/Atmel/ATMEGA1284P-MU/?qs=sGAEpiMZZMtVoztFdqDXO/CWByjMM0Az) on it for the full picture.

It is very small and has no leads so you'll need experience with hot air or whatever else you use for these kinds.

Sorry, I only have the one.
Mouser has been out of tqfp's for this chip for quite a while.
