Title: solenoid

Hi!

Do you guys know of any good solenoid and were could i get them?
I need it to kick a ball, and i need it to be quite powerful, but not to big/heavy.

What size and weight ball?
How far, initial velocity, do you want to kick the ball?

HI

I need it kick this ball:
well the plunger should come out 2-3cm but that isn't so important
i need it to give a quite powerful kick with 12v(I'm using a 12v battery)
Well the as to the initial velocity, i don't really know but i need it to kick a ball around 75cm before stopping.
and the weight should be around 200g.
