can anyone tell what is the difference between the both _ the ATmega32V & ATmega32L?
-
Atmega32V must be the drop in replacement for the (L)
I can't find it here....

Hi,
Not that I know, but is there a chance that the "L" stand for Low Power (it does in PICs).
Edit:
Yes, it seems so

Yep, Normally it just means lower power and lower clock frequency range. Say instead of 0-20mhz it would be 0-16mhz or 0-8mhz.

Hi,
I don't know the specs on the "V", but the "L" sais 64 MIPS!
