please i will like to know if i can use AN8294S for toe motor driver of my $50 robot?

No, that driver is for brushless motors.

didn't want to use servo's? lol

you could make a H bridge with transistors and/or mosfets to be the switching elements
or you could just buy a H bridge suitable for your needs.

someone else here may know more about this though.

although this might not be what your after, give more info on what you want help with ;D
