Title: Modifying Servos

I've been reading around and i decided to try the $50 dollar robot tutorial but when the tutorial tells me to rotate the position to 0 using the microcontroller well i haven't built the microcontroller because that is in the next step. So is there another way to do it or should i just go ahead and build the microcontroller.
