Title: Hdpe thickness for a humanoid?

I am trying to build a humanoid robot and i don't know the appropriate thickness of hdpe....any ideas? ???

How large is the Bot?
How heavy?
For which structural part?
What is the structural shape?

the dimension are 12.2'x7'x3.5' (310x180x90mm)and the weight will be approximately  2.2 lb (1 kilo).

It really depends on your design.  In most cases, 1/4" - 3/8" thickness would work out.
