Title: Ethernet shields

I was looking at ethernet shields for my Arduino and I found  this  (http://www.hvwtech.com/products_view.asp?ProductID=1138&utm_source=Google&utm_medium=Product+Search&utm_campaign=Product+Search+(Sep10))
Is it an ethernet shield or an accessory to an ethernet shield? Can someone shed some light on this?

That's not a full shield, as in it doesn't plug into an Audrino board directly.
