Title: cost effective pic programmer in Australia

hi guys i was wondering what a cheap PIC programmer is that is avalable in the isolated Australia

Even in Australia I recommend the PICKit2 or PICKit3 bought directly from Microchip.
These are fully supported under the free MPLAB IDE.
