hi I'm trying to make the difference between two colors red and blue without using a color sensor
can any one help me plz?

hi I assume you mean colour sensor modules.(ready made ones)
well you can make a simple colour sensor by using a red led, blue led and a LDR.
search for CDS colour sensor circuit
here is link from this site

I have tried this and it works perfectly.
best results can achieve by pointing LED colour spot directly below LDR.

Hi,

If you use two LDRs (or phototransistors) with a filter of each color (gel filter or just try some translucent ("clear") colored plastic), you should be able to differentiate them.
You may need to add some light, depending on whether the source of these colors are colored light itself, or just colored objects reflecting ambient light.
