Title: atmega 16 unable to draw wheel

hello.....i finally had my code written into atmega16 but unfortunately it could not pull the motor i mean couldnot start the motor.athough the motor driver(l293d) is showing proper voltage through its interface with um and motor.
can anyone kindly help me to sort out this problem.

Can you post a schematic of the connections between your processor and the motor driver chip?

You may also need to post your code.

Have you tested the L293D to motor circuit by hard wiring inputs?

Also, what power source are you using? A microcontroller usually can't output enough current to drive a motor.
