Title: can anyone identify this part?
Post by: BANE on March 01, 2011, 10:44:17 AM
Hello all,
I bought the remains of a "Jazzy Pride" wheelchair (thats all the info i got) and it came with two of these shaft-to-wheel adapters.  I need to buy two more of these adapters if possible and was hoping someone would know of a website or store that would sell replacement parts or something.  The bore is 17mm.
thanks in advance,

Looks like Pride Mobility hub: part C-1058-007 (http://www.southwestmedical.com/search/parts/pride+hub) available from Southwest Medical.

Diagram featuring C-1058-007 (http://www.southwestmedical.com/replacement-parts/pride-mobility/jet-3-1/drive-wheels/pneumatic-drive-wheels-tires-tubes-rims/drive-wheel-assembly-pneumatic) - labeled B3.

Google is your friend.  ;) ...and my b*tch!
