Hello everybody!
I have been surfing around a lot at this site (mainly because of the Axon 2), but did not decide to register until very recently.
Anyway, I was wondering if I should purchase the blackfin camera or the CMUcam3?Right now I am not concerned about the money, I just want to know which is easier to interface and program with the Axon 2. Also, which is better for support, troubleshooting, source code, etc, plus reliability and ease of mounting?
Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance. :)

Anyone feeling helpful today? :)
Please, any information at all will do.
I am eager to hear other peoples opinions so it will be easier to decide. ;)

First welcome to the forum. Second I have not used either one but from earlier posts on these cameras many people reccomend the blackfin. Mainly because you get the erp robot source code as a nics guide on using it. Also its better supported from what ive seen.
Again ive never used them. But thays my opinion and im sticking to it. Good luck on your endevors.

Yep - I think the Blackfin is the better device. You just need the camera - not the matchport, or the robot etc. Just the camera
You will then also need their wee prototype board - as it has the voltage regulator for the camera.
