Hi there,
I built my first FLED solar bot and now I'm very curious about how to make better bots. How systems work, why, how different components work.
Okay, FLED built. Not so good popper. I understand that the best is Miller's SE.
But there are things I don't follow. For example, can I use photodiode instead of FLED? In Millers engine and FLED engine.
This is the Fred popper I built:

And this is the Miller's SE:

How could I implement photodiode(or must it be fled?) eye(s) to miller engine?
Just take FLED 3.3K, 33k, .22uF and FLED module and put it on Miller SE?

Hi,

Assuming you by fled/FLED means a flashing LED, you can't, as they are very different components with very different functions (it's like asking if a resistor can be a substitute for a transistor).
Just take FLED 3.3K, 33k, .22uF and FLED module and put it on Miller SE?
FLED, FLED module - I really don't know what you're trying to say here, but the flashing LED is used as a trigger device.
You can use different trigger devices, but first you need to really understand the components you're working with - then you will be perhaps able to change a circuit.
Why do you want to change anything at all?
