Post by: sotu on June 29, 2007, 09:54:03 AM
Ok so i have ordered some parts and was wondering if you guys think they looks fine for a robot.

Yep!  You will like the Pololu products you purchased... they make good quality stuff, stand behind their products, offer excellent customer service, and provide excellent documentation!

Please note that the preceeding was not a paid endorsement... I just really like their products!!

Yeh admin i might agree with u on that one, they don't offer as much documentation in the packages the comes along with the, lets say microcontrollers, i have already received them now and i only got some pages of paper with the basic of the microcontroller (whats what and how it works) no example codes i can try out like in Parallax products (microcontrollers)

BUT admin, they do got some members at there forum that has been a great help for me, some eks of what he has done for me:
Its my first programmable robot so he gave me a free code which was easy to change the servo angle or time delay

I was also a little insecure on the power supply: either 1 power source for both servos and the microcontroller itself or 1 for both (if they would work bad with 1 power source and so on)
and he guided me easily through all my questions.
