hi  I am a beginner to write programs.
I want to know how to make IR camera can be rotated around.
who can provide the code for create. let me reference and research.

Well, if Your IR Camera is mounted on a servo, then it is rotated very same way You rotate any servo, by 50Hz PWM signal. You can have a look at the datasheet of Your microcontroller to find out how PWM works.
