Title: how to make a humaoid robot

i am making humanoid robot after making 30 other robots. i need a microcontroller for it.i am running the following hardware
4 sonar
20 h bridge
10 encoders
20 high torque motors
2 gyros and accerometer
2 cmos cameras
2 bumpers
will axon 2 work for it and how much torque do i need on its knees?the weight is 4 kgs and length 10  cms

An axon II would work. 

Two pieces of additional information are required to know what torque you need for the motors at the knees.  The weight of the robot and the length of the shin bone.  In other words, how long is the lever from the knee to the foot.
