Title: need highly accurate linear actuator needed

I'm also looking for a means to provide linear actuation but at a much higher accuracy. The specs I need are:

• At least 10 micron/step
• Need to be able to oscillate at about 1Hz for a distance 300 micron for an extended period of time.
• force will be very very low so that shouldn't be an issue.
• stroke length of approx 60mm
• Budget  200 euros

Any help/ideas would be greatly appreciated.
