Just wondering if this will work with Mach3?

I have a mill I will be adding to my website soon, I am using control from SOC robotics but i am also into trying other options. It would be nice to switch from DB25 to USB.

Also it would be nice to know if the product will work with a Rep-Rap 3d Printer.
