I own a ArduinoBoardDiecimila i want to connect 2 servos ,1 sensor and 1 serial lcd and as there are only two gnd ports (can i use 1 gnd port for servos and other for servos) but then where will i connect my lcd :)

All GND pins have to be tied together.

Its a common issue with 'duino boards. They don't have many power pins and often don't have PCB tracks that are capable of handling much current. That's part of the reason why you then have to also go and buy 'shields' for the job at hand. The Axon series takes the opposite view - ie a power bus that copes with higher currents and lots more header pins - hence the price difference (I know header pins are cheap but someone has to solder them and test them all !). So its a price vs convenience conundrum
