Title: Programming a rewritable RFID Chip for Mobile Payment

I want to use a Mifare classic (http://www.sparkfun.com/products/10127 (http://www.sparkfun.com/products/10127)) or similar programable RFID chip to store my credit card info and use for mobile payment. Does anyone have an idea how the info should be formatted so it can be read by any store with an rfid reader? Any leads would be awesome.
