Title: good battery and micontroller for first robot

I found a 9.6 v NIMH battery pack and I'm planing on buying a axon mote any body think I should use another battery pack?

The Axon Mote just needs a 3.6V battery. The added benefit is smaller batteries are cheaper :P

Now, if you have servos (or other electronics), well that depends on the voltage required for the servos.

What else you hooking up?

Thanks a lot I was not able to build a robot on the summer but i have a idea of what to do for the science fair in my school.
