AVR Studio 6 (http://www.atmel.com/tools/atmelstudio.aspx) is out. I haven't tried it yet, but supposedly it's just v5.1 with ARM support. I never liked v5, personally, so stopped upgrading since 4.19. It'll take up about 1.5Gb of hd space.
