Title: STAMPY WHEELS
Post by: Nate_the_Great on July 25, 2007, 10:54:47 PM
Hey Admin,

How big are those wheels you used for stampy, they look similar to the Lynxmotion Neoprene Foam Tire, but I can only find ones with a diameter no bigger than 3"  :P . Are your wheels bigger than 3" and if so where did you get them  ???

Thankyou

Stampy's wheels are 3.5" diameter.

When using servos, I recommend keeping 3.5" your minimum diameter - 4" would be better. Larger wheels give you higher speeds.

I got mine from hobby-lobby ages ago. They are foam wheels meant for model RC aircraft.
