Post by: shreyansh on December 20, 2012, 10:56:02 AM
please some one help me ,i want to use 12 volt battery with my rc car chip which is of 27 mhz to run 200 RPM motors ,so how can i modify my rc chip that it can manage to tolerate 12 volt without being damaged.

I have tried to directly use it but my rc chip has been damaged.

Thanks

You install an "UBEC" between the battery and the RC receiver[/quote] to make sure the receiver gets the right voltage. (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B008ZNWOYY/ref=as_li_ss_tl?ie=UTF8&tag=enchage-20&linkCode=as2&camp=1789&creative=390957&creativeASIN=B008ZNWOYY)
