Title: how Xbox Control pad communicate with microcontroller

i got a arduino controller hock up with a Ethernet, and im controlling the micro-controller in  PC via Router.

my question is i want to use a Xbox control pad plug in to the PC, and control the motor attach to the micro-controller.
