Title: how to set register input

i need to know how to set register input for SoC
the chip type it st i   7111
i want to know how to do that through the chips  pio
or through uart tx rx port
also i need to set regiser as write and read from the chips replay

I imagine that you will have to consult the reference documentation that came with your development system, and if you can't decode it, call up your sales engineer at ST Microelectronics and ask.
