Generic answer:

The dynamixels have a 22 mm hole spacing pattern. You can get a piece of 1.6mm aluminum L and drill two 2.5mm holes at 22 mm spacing, 2.5-3.0mm from the edge. Use two of those to mount the servo to whatever you want with whatever holes you want on the other side of the L.

3D printing will work, too. Make the plastic about 2mm thick.

Also, the flat FR05-S101K frame set could work; screw it on the side of the servo, and screw it into your base plate: http://www.trossenrobotics.com/p/Robotis-Dynamixel-FR05-S101K-Side-Frame-Set.aspx (http://www.trossenrobotics.com/p/Robotis-Dynamixel-FR05-S101K-Side-Frame-Set.aspx)

More specific answers require more specifics about your situation (what the specific mount/plate is, etc.)
