Title: Project with robot's forward kinematics and inverse kinematics

I have found a project with robot's forward kinematics and inverse kinematics. What do you think about proposition of solution for this issue? In my opinion it is not a finished task, however, it contains plenty of useful information.

The robot arm in the schematic seems to be
hanging from a mechanical ground. I appreciate the
