Has anyone had success using the:

MeCon Motion Control Software for ArmUno and MeArm Compatible Robotic Arms

I have my little MeArm hardware set up and wired according to the diagram.

The Arduino Uno is detected, Com port open.

Green light on the Uno is on, and 2 amber lights are flashing.

I move the controls.  Nothing happens.

I can't seem to find support anywhere for this software.

I just wanted to add to this post that I have been able to get the MeArm and MeCon control software working on windows xp, I'm pretty sure it will work on other versions of windows. I thought I had everything wired right but ended up getting the positive and negative terminals backwards.
