Title: Alternative for AVR STK Serial Port and avr isp2 programmer

Is there any alternative for the following?

AVR STK Serial Port and avr isp2 programmer from the 50$ ROBOT

Im planning to make the 50$ robot, but the latter parts arer not available in our country and I cant afford to buy online because it will cost me a lot of money especially for the shipping.

Yes there is an alternative, I bought an "AVR ISP SERIAL PROGRAMMER KIT" from Jaycar. It cost me $45 Australian dollars. It's code name for Jaycar is 'KC5340'.
