I just ordered some fiberglass stuff.. Resin, catalyst, a wee bit of fiberglass mat, and some of that 2 part foam.
I am sick of having troubles with structure.. so I am going to use the 2 part foam and cardboard to make it.
Take cardboard, shape it into proper shape.. add foam, once foam is hard. remove cardboard. Fiberglass over foam, and walla! Structure!
(I know its not this easy.. but I want something to work lol)

I have been swamped with work/family.. but I have shaved the foam tonight. Tommorow I will be block sanding it some and then fiberglassing it :)

Lesson learned:
Always error on the side of too much catalyst.
I started laying the glass down, and I think I put in too little hardener(catalyst) with the resin..
its been about 24 hours and it still hasn't "set". I will be removing the glass and replacing it tonight.
