Hi i wanted to know if there were any other pages that ship robot things and electronics to Estonia except that one http://www.rsestonia.com i wanted to build the $50 robot but i cant get the ATMEGA anywhere... :S they just don't ship anything to Estonia..

To the best of my knowledge, Pololu (http://www.pololu.com) has no restrictions on shipping destinations (though shipping might cost a lot). The Orangutan robot controllers use the ATmega168 (or 644, for the Orangutan X2), and contain integrated motor drivers. I'm not sure if you'd be interested, but you could take a look at the LV-168 (http://www.pololu.com/products/pololu/0775/) and some of the demo code.

Farnell seem to have an Estonian depot: http://fi.farnell.com/jsp/home/homepage.jsp (http://fi.farnell.com/jsp/home/homepage.jsp)

it says on the customer service link that they accept paypal and cheque (somewhere near the bottom). It looks like the only payment they wont take is cash on delivery.
if in any doubt, email them [email protected]
