Title: 50$ robot avr studio question.

I am trying to program the 50$ robot, but when i tell it to program it says No target detected, Ensure that target has power.  Its also giving me the Auto programming failed.  I am programming the robot without ponyprog, so what do i do?  ???

this is more of a software question, but i accidentely posted it under electronics.  :-[
