Title: mega servo?
Post by: BANE on January 26, 2008, 04:28:57 PM
Heres my design, (see pic) right now i have a HS-475HB (76 oz. in.) Standard Servo in place, but the maximum weight of arm and load is 200grams.  I think i need a servo with a higher torqe rating.  Hows this one HS-805BB (343 oz. in.) Mega Servo (http://HS-805BB (343 oz. in.) Mega Servo)?

I don't want the arm to move by its self under load so does this maga servo have enough torqe?

The servo I'm talking about the main pivot servo incased with the orange aluminum and diminsions on pic.

I would say that that has enough torque.
