Title: The $40 Robot
Post by: Pratheek on March 04, 2008, 06:30:39 AM
Hi everyone,
I have posted a complete tutorial covering the process of building the $40 robot at
http://www.societyofrobots.com/member_tutorials/node/59 (http://www.societyofrobots.com/member_tutorials/node/59)

This is my first line following robot and I am really satisfied with the end result. I am just wondering what you think about the robot and the tutorial :-\.

Need your valuable comments.

I have a question, why does the schematic you posted differ from the instructions? The left and right pins of the trimmers are left open, in the schematic they are connected to the sensor.

Please help I'm trying to build  this and would like to not have to restart the build.

I was recently reading about a similar setup in the book "Robot Building for Beginners" by David Cook. Info can be found here:
