Tank Like wheels?
were can i get them?
Is there a shop i can buy i kit?
Are they expensive?
If there is no shop, how do i make them?
Can anyone answer my questions?

Tank tracks are hard I've heard. See if you can buy some tank toy and then just hack it.

Now to think about it I think i have a old RC tank from a few years ago still in the shed. ill take a look ;)

As said above, those can be hard to find. However there are many alternatives depending apon your requirements.
Small tank treads can be made pretty easily from the chain of a bicycle, You can buy it in custom lengths from some
hardware stores I think.

There are tons of RC toys you can buy/hack for cheap.

stay away from the tamiya tank tracks, they strech and the gears strip easily.
