Title: Sharp ir Rangefinder for robots

Which of these Sharp rangefinders is the one that admin uses for his $50.00 robot?

1) Sharp GP2D120 IR Sensor
Reports distance as an analog voltage with a range of 1.5" to 12".  $12.50
 
2)Sharp GP2Y0A21YK Package
Reports distance as an analog voltage with a range of 4" - 30". $12.50

3)Sharp GP2D12 Detector Package
Reports distance as an analog voltage with a range of 4"-30".  $12.50

4)Sharp GP2D15 Detector Package
Digital version of the popular Sharp IR detector preset to 10".  $12.50

5)Sharp GP2Y0D02YK IR Sensor
Digital version of the popular Sharp IR detector preset to 31.5".  $16.50

6)Sharp GP2Y0A02YK IR Sensor
Reports distance as an analog voltage with a range of ~8"-60".  $12.50

7)Sharp GP2Y0A700K0F Package
Reports distance as an analog voltage with a range of 40" - 200"

Is it number 6?

Its number 6

Though it would be worthwhile combining that with number 7 to get ultr long ranges.

Sharp also do some other rangefinder but for very small ranges for precision measurements
